This is the perfect maxi dress alternative from Diane Freis.  This vintage late 1970's or early 1980's jumpsuit can be worn strapless or with the tied straps! It comes with a matching scarf that is a triangle shape and has ruffles along two edges.

The bodice is shirred with a ruffle at the top and the cuffs of the pant legs are also shirred, creating a slight balloon effect.  The lightweight fabric is an abstract geometric mix of blue, teal green, red, and lavender on a white background.

We estimate this to fit a size 12/14,  but the fit is somewhat adjustable, since it fits a smaller bust size, it is possible for someone to wear it who is smaller with the waist area fitting loosely or belted. Slight stretch loss to shirred area.
